When you install Zylo through the Shopify App Store, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify store, including:

  • Basic store information (store name, email, plan type)
  • Order data (order ID, status, line items, etc.)
  • Customer data (name, email, phone number, and address)
  • Product data (product names, variants, SKUs)
  • Storefront data necessary to provide our services

We only collect the information that is essential to operate and improve the functionality of the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Zylo app
  • Facilitate order-related functionalities
  • Deliver customer support
  • Monitor usage and performance
  • Ensure compliance with Shopify policies and terms

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party service providers to run Zylo efficiently:

  • Railway – for infrastructure and backend service orchestration
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) – for hosting and secure data storage

These services may have access to data strictly as needed to provide their services to Zylo and are obligated to keep it confidential.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain store data only for as long as your Shopify store uses the Zylo app. Upon app uninstallation or request, we will permanently delete all associated store data from our systems within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

As a merchant, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we store about your store
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
